Dallas Anson

Dallas leads the recently established Forestry Group within the Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade, Northern Territory Government. Dallas supports and manages research, development and extension activities for the benefit of the forestry industries in the NT. Dallas has extensive experience in natural resource management, particularly rehabilitation of sensitive forest ecosystems for biodiversity and conservation outcomes. Dallas is passionate about supporting the sustainable development of plantation and native forestry industries within the NT, and is excited about exploring opportunities for agroforestry, ecosystem services and Indigenous community forestry for the Northern Territory.
