Tim Woods
Tim Woods is Managing Director of IndustryEdge, Australia and New Zealand’s leading supply chain, trade, market intelligence and strategy firm in the fibre resources and wood processing sectors. Tim’s specific expertise is in the fibre supply chain, publishing regular analysis and insights across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. He leads IndustryEdge’s consulting services to business, industry, investors and government clients and speaks and presents at a wide range of events in the region.
Mick Stephens
Mick is the Chief Executive Officer for Timber Queensland. Mick has served the interests of the forest industries of Australia for many years and was previously the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Forest Products Association. He is a resource economist with 30 years’ experience in applied research and policy both nationally and overseas, including public sector roles in ABARES, the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Bureau of Transport and Regional Economics, CSIRO and the Canadian Forest Service. Mick is both a Churchill and Gottstein Fellow and holds a Bachelor of Economics, post graduate qualifications in environmental science and a Master of Forestry. He is a Director of Forestry Australia, an Associate Director with First Super and sits on a number of Queensland Government advisory bodies.
